JinXiang is famous for garlic sites with the required material in mud,which is suited to the garlic growing. The cover of garlic is 50% of the whole plantation .

Statistically speaking,There were 300 thousand acres in 2002,the average output is 1mt per acre and the total amount was 300 thousand mts. Apart from the seeds and food edible,it can offer an export standard: 120 thousand mts, garlic deep process 80 thousand mts.
